1. How can we arrange a meeting with a sales person?
Please call or email us and a sales person will set up a time to meet with
you at our facility at 100 Columbus Street or at your place of business.
2. Does Nelson Printing accept major credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
3. How will my job be delivered?
In the Charleston SC area, Nelson Offers free delivery and pickup. For out
of town projects, we can ship via UPS, FedEx, motor freight or courier.
4. How long will it take to produce my job?
Generally jobs run 5-10 days. The fact that each job is custom, some papers
are mill items, and proofs must be okayed, are a few of the variables that
can effect delivery.
5. How can I supply my artwork?
We accept CDs, floppy discs, and zip discs. It is always best to supply a printout
(from the disc) so we know what the job looks like. We also accept emailed
files (larger files may necessitate us picking up a CD).
6. What software is recommended?
Quark Xpress, InDesign, Pagemaker, Illustrator, and properly formatted PDF
files are the best for us. We also accept Word files, Publisher, Freehand,
Corel Draw, and other files, but these usually involve more prepress time
and thus cost more for us to prepare the files for press.
7. What is largest sheet size Nelson can print?
Our largest press will print a sheet 25" x 35." This press is primarily
for 1 and 2 color work. For 4 color process color, our largest sheet size is
20" x 29".
8. Where is Nelson Printing located?
It is recommended that you contact us for an appointment first so we can be
sure someone is available to meet with you. Nelson Printing is located at
